What have been the key turning points for your company?
Our innovation status in the community. We offer made-to-measure eyewear, digital lenses and precise prescription measurement through the iTerminal. A second key turning point was our affiliation with Eyemed Vision insurance for eyewear and for our on-site optometrist. This has contributed to the growth of our company via more patients coming in the door. We are also one of five optical retailers in the U.S. who is considered a premier provider for Vision Service Plan as an out-of-network provider. This allows us to deduct a VSP patient’s out of network benefits from their order instead of the patient waiting for reimbursement from VSP. Read the entire article
