Which insurance plans are in-network for eye exams?

Many of the following insurance companies consider our optometrist, Dr. Leslie Humphrey, to be in-network for eye exams. However, keep in mind, not all plans include coverage for all patients.

Does my insurance cover glasses, sunglasses, or contacts?

Insurance coverage varies based on the plan. If you have questions about your benefits and eligibility, please check with your insurance company prior to visiting our office. Although we are happy to answer any questions we can, keep in mind that the final confirmation comes from your insurance provider.

Which plans are in-network for eyewear?

Eyemed: We are in-network for most Eyemed vision plans.
Aetna: The Aetna vision plans are also under Eyemed.

What if my eyewear plan is out-of-network?

We will happily file your out-of-network (OON) claim to your insurance company for any other vision plans (i.e. VSP, UHC Vision, Davis Vision, etc.), and they will reimburse you directly for any of your OON benefits.
