What happens at a contact lens fitting?
A contact lens fitting is a separate step from a standard eye exam. Because contacts sit directly on your eye, the fit has to be precise — both for comfort and for the long-term health of your eyes. We measure your eyes, help you choose the right lens type and material for your needs, and make sure the lenses fit well and your vision is sharp before finalizing your prescription.
If you’re new to contacts, we take all the time you need to be sure you’re completely comfortable putting them in, taking them out, and caring for them before you leave. That kind of unhurried, personal service is what sets Arlington Optical apart.
What types of contact lenses do you fit?
We fit a full range of contact lenses, including:

Can I reorder my contacts online?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Marlo, an online contact lens service, so you can reorder your contacts and have them shipped right to your home — simply register to create a login and place your order.
