Linnea Goodwin is wonderful. I have been seeing her for several years and she is always very helpful and patient while searching for the right fit of glasses. She goes over and above for her clients. I wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Linnea was a delight to work with. She honed in on what I wanted and put me in frames and lenses that are fashionable and practical.

My Optician, Elesha, paid attention to every single detail for my new glasses — from helping to pick a great style to repeated corrections on the adjustment until I was completely satisfied.

Rick nailed it. He made short work of finding frames that fit my face and style, provided objective and specific input on my top few selections, and didn't try to sell me more lens than I needed. Lee followed up with me after "sleeping on it," and was great as well.

Had the best experience there getting an exam and buying glasses! A fairly large supply of frames! Pearce was very sweet in bringing me styles to fit my face and eye color. I am very pleased with the no line bifocals! Can't even tell that I am wearing them when I walk!

They protected me from myself, that's why. All of their carefully curated frames are displayed around the place in closed glass cases. They assign you a consultant who looks around with you, listens to your opinions, asks you questions, then you sit down and they bring you frames. They give you honest opinions about how you look, listen to your feedback and bring you more frames to try on based on that. I normally try on 10,000 frames when I walk into a frame store and none of them look good and it's overwhelming, then I just leave without buying anything. I like your style, AO OH!

I've been going here since I was a kid and they have been beyond wonderful. I get my eye exams, frames, and sunglasses here. They always adjust and repair for free! They know me by name and are so easy to communicate with. I've never had an issue with them and they have frames that are so unique! I always get compliments on my frames.

Everyone here is excellent in their care, whether it is doing an eye exam to get the prescription just right or repairing my glasses, for free, each time I come in. Plus free refills on eye glass cleaner! If you are buying your glasses here you may think it is a little expensive but the care and follow up and free services are definitely worth it!

Had a broken screw on my sunglasses and went in to see if they could do anything. They replaced the screw and fixed the loose lens free of charge, all within less than 10 min. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

I am a patient at Arlington Optical and when my out of town boyfriend was visiting he broke his glasses. We took them here, and while they could not fix them right away, they found a solve for him so he could wear his glasses the remainder of the trip free of charge. Amazing and helpful staff!

I made an appointment for 9:00 AM, which is right when they open, and check-in went very smoothly, and I was in the office with Dr. Humphrey within about five minutes… Dr. Humphrey was truly great — she has a very kind and calm manner, and is soft spoken and gentle. The staff were all friendly and harmonious. There was just a good vibe among them.

Tim McNemar is really skilled at picking frames that look good on you. He was also willing to help me select a pair of less expensive "work" frames in addition to my "good" frames. I stop in frequently to have my glasses adjusted & cleaned and never feel like that's a hassle for them. I think all of their staff are top notch and many have been there a long time which is always a good sign.

I have been a loyal customer of Arlington Optical for over 25 yrs… Their staff goes out of the way to make sure I get glasses that fit my face, bone structure, hair color and complexion. Arlington always has the latest eyewear styles as well as decent pricing… In my opinion, there is no better optical store.

He took the time to adjust her new frames and make sure that everything was perfect. He also readjusted my Lindberg frames that had recently taken a huge blow from a normal life event.
